It's *even* worse than that - here in Canada Alberta has just changed back
to Daylight savings time but one province to our East doesn't change at all.
Newfoundland at one time experiemented with moving 2 hours; and since
Newfoundland Time is half-an-hour ahead of Atlantic Time (all the time) -
well, I don't think they did that experiement again!
So yeah....take the two times; minus x; plus y; carry the 2 and then it's
really 13 o'clock! :) I'm just going to set my software to start recording
at some point and hope I don't run out of drive space!
