[Dreamboat] ADMIN: Monger/Dreamboat status update

Here's a quick update on what's happened and what is happening with
the Dreamboat list and with monger.net (where the list lives):

The short version is that the hardware, software, and network connection for
Monger have all been upgraded, and I appologize for any inconvenience that
this may have caused.  If you see something amiss, please let me know.

The longer version:

1) About a month or so ago, the hardware and software that runs the box
and the list were replaced.  Two almost-all-nighters resulted in minimal
outages

1a) The update *missed* http://monger.net/dreamboat/ so that "start page"
has been off the net for weeks, much to the chagrin of a bunch of web bots and
a couple of observant Mongers (thanks for the tip, btw!)

2) The network connection for Monger was *suposed* to be upgraded at the time
but provisioning issues forced a change of plans

3) Monger was moved to a *different* and somewhat comical location (I'll try and 
get a picture) rather suddenly which resulted in a little outage and a SNAFU with 
the DNS resulted in it's being inaccessable for a good potion of the weekend.

4) There may be one more network move in the short-to-mid-term which hopefully
will be better planned, and should result in minimal downtime.
