[Dreamboat] Chrissy Hynde comments

I agree.  A couple of years ago I went to go see The Pretenders at the 
Warfield in San Francisco, a nice small venue.  She came off to the audience 
as a total bitch, yelling at the audience for eating meat, things like that. 
She constantly bragged about herself and her accomplishments.  At one point 
someone in the front of the crowd yelled something and she stopped the show 
to yell obsenities at them and try to find out exactly who said it.  We were 
so disgusted with her behavior that we left early and have been disenchanted 
ever since.  Sometimes these people's egos are so large that it overshadows 
their music and can alienate fans.  But it's obvious they really don't care. 
Maybe someday they'll care when their fans are all gone and they can't even 
fill a small club like the Warfield!
