[Dreamboat] Selling my Heart collection

Ok, now whenever someone does this, the first thing people think is.."Oh, 
God, how SAD!  They're selling all their kewl old stuff. They must be hard up or 
don't like the band anymore.". LOL  No, no, no...  It's like this:  I've 
carried this stuff around with me for as long as I can.  It used to mean the world 
to me.  I can't even tell you how much I spent to get it in the first place.  
(It's an obsene figure!)  But, within the last year, I've been doing *alot* of 
organizing, cleaning, downsizing...you get the picture.  As for being 'hard 
up', wellll... my bills *aren't* getting any smaller..and I would like to see 
the light at the end of the tunnel someday..   Bottom line:    I'm reminded of 
something a monger at one of the mid 90's conventions said to me..and recently 
it's been ringing very TRUE in my mind..(Esp since I haven't even LOOKED at 
this stuff in ages)  He said, "It's all about passing it on."   Folks...right 
now I'm only collecting e-mail addresses and/or names of those who would be 
**very** interested in receiving my list of Heart memorbilia.  Note:  I haven't 
even BEGUN to make that list.  It's quite a bit of stuff.  I hope to get things 
started within the next month or two.  But, just to give you an idea, here's 
a brief list of the type of things that I'm passing on:

Old concert t shirts
Tour programs (Cal Jam II, as well)
Tour and/or Promotional Posters
mid eighties Heartbeat Newsletters
Songbooks (Warner Bros editions)
Old Rock mag with Heart articles/posters
vinyl LP's, 45 singles, cassette singles, VHS Tapes (legit only for now), UK 
CD singles with unreleased tracks from DWO, Comp CD's ( IE Home Alive, Blue 
Suede Sneakers, The Simpsons yellow album), Movie soundtrack CD's (IE Say 
Anything, Vanilla Sky, Jerry Maguire)

I would like to keep these things in the Heartmonger "family".. I would 
rather not just sell these things on E Bay and 'milk it for everything it's worth 
and some things it's not' just because someone has money to 'piss away' and it 
may not even mean that much to them.  But, if I can't sell it to my monger 
buddies here, I will have no choice but to do just that.  I have other non Heart 
re-lated things that I am selling, as well.  Those I WILL sell on E bay.  
Anyway, this gives people some time to save up for things.  Please note that I'm 
not "giving it away".  But, I will accept any reasonable/fair offer for these 
items.  Thanks for your interest in advance!
